Hello Chief Detectives, my name is Athena and I’m the leader of the best team, Team Buster! In Team Bust we believe in evidence, fact-checking and biscuits! (Two of those help us crack mysteries, one is just my love of snacks…)

Tiernan is always trying to get me to believe in strange things, but it’s my job to bust his cases with facts, logic, and the help of all you brilliant Chief Detectives.

When I’m not investigating mysteries, you might catch my writing on TV shows like Horrible Histories or Odd Squad, or making grown-ups laugh on stage. But being boss of Team Bust is definitely my favourite job!

Hey Chief Detectives, my name is Tiernan, captain of the best team, Team Truster. Over here we believe that not everything can be explained… so maybe aliens, sea monsters, ghosts and fairies do exist! (And if they don’t, who’s been stealing all the fairy cakes? Definitely not me. You can’t prove it, Athena!)

I like to remind everyone that it’s important to keep an open mind. Sometimes, believing is just more fun.

When I’m not on Team Trust, I write for children’s TV like Hey Duggee, Alphablocks and more. I also co-run Comedy Club 4 Kids, doing stand-up for everyone aged 6+. But even then, I’m always on the lookout for Chief Detectives… and sneaky yetis on buses.
